FIRST I'VE SEEN OF IT
My first order of books, a complete set of MISFIT, MISFIT 2, and MISFIT 3 in hardcover and paperback, was set to arrive last Friday. You can imagine my disappointment, and Ma's, when UPS instead notified me they would not be delivering until Monday. One more day before I get my hands on them.
Also imagine my surprise Friday night when my friend Steve sent me this photo of his just-delivered copy from Amazon. His book wasn't supposed to arrive until October 10, but after dinner, after dark, came the ding-dong. His photo of my book is the first evidence I've seen that MISFIT actually exists in reality.
Steve is in the photo... he's one of the two guys in the wall-mounted photo on the right edge. You can probably guess which one is him, and which is director Spike Lee. Not only one of the first to place an order, I like a friend who shows his confidence in my book, ordering a hardcover.
